  • Standard analytics data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics.
  • Performance data from advertising and search platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta Ads) that a client has explicitly connected to our agency for the purpose of managing and reporting on their campaigns.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Onleed Media's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only request access to Google account data (Search Console, Analytics, Ads) that a client has explicitly authorized for campaign management and reporting.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the agency services the client has engaged us for, or to comply with applicable law.
  • Human access to this data is limited to authorized Onleed Media team members who need it to perform client reporting and campaign management.

How we use information

  • Responding to enquiries and providing quotes for our services.
  • Managing and reporting on connected advertising, search, and analytics accounts on a client's behalf.
  • Improving our website and understanding how visitors use it.
  • Internal recordkeeping for the agency–client relationship.

Data storage & security

Client account data accessed via connected integrations is stored securely and accessible only to the Onleed Media team members working on that account. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

Revoking access

Any client can revoke Onleed Media's access to their Google or Meta accounts at any time, directly from their Google Account permissions page or their Meta Business settings. Revoking access does not affect data already reported prior to revocation.
